Hanmer Apartments Terms & ConditionsHanmer Apartments believe in "keeping it simple and fair", so our terms and conditions are set out below:Rates Inclusive of GST and all taxesRates are per apartment (2 bedrooms) per night based on 2 adults (extra kids 11yo & under - inc infants - stay for just $15, adults 12 years and over stay for just $20). Maximum number of guests per apartment is 5 people (5th person in deluxe fold out bed). All inclusive of New Zealand Government taxes in tariff. Booking ConfirmationPlease note your booking request will only be guaranteed by either the payment of one night’s accommodation or on receipt of your credit card details, and your receipt of our confirmation verification.Cancellation PolicyDue to our intimate size, cancellations affect us greatly. We will try our best, however, in the event that we are unable to replace your cancelled booking, the following cancellation fees apply:
Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to arrival date. All bookings not cancelled by this time will have first nights accommodation debited to credit card account if we cannot find a replacement booking. All cancellations need to be in writing or by email with confirmed receipt by us. As is common practice when traveling, we strongly advise guests to have travel insurance cover to protect themselves against unexpected changes to their travel plans. Variation of Rates and damagesWe do reserve the right to amend these rates without notice. Please confirm the applicable rates at the time of booking. We reserve the right to charge guests for any damage to property or chattels within the facility, with no recourse. Arrival and Departure TimesCheck in time is 2pm
Check out time is 10am No Smoking and No PetsHanmer Apartments is a non-smoking environment. We do provide outdoor patio areas and ashtrays where smoking is allowed. If smoking has taken place inside the apartment, then we reserve the right to fumigate the apartment and charge the guest the applicable cost.
No pets are allowed inside the apartments. If a pet has been inside the apartment, then we reserve the right to fumigate the apartment and charge the guest the applicable cost.
